How to set goals even if you don’t have any

Ask yourself this question. What do you want in life? A stable job, more money, a house, a car, or more money to travel?

How to set these goals even if you don’t have the money.

  1. Visualize what you want. Picture everything that you want. For instance, mines is to buy a house on an island. How do I get there? The first plan I would make is to think about what skills I have. I have a degree in Culinary Arts, so I would visualize myself applying for a job at a restaurant or a hotel. What I need to do next is to practice the skills after I get the job offer. I’m not an expert when it comes to food art but it is not impossible to improve these skills as I already learned them in college. Do I like to cook? Yes and no.
  2. Next step is to do your best at keeping that job for a year. After becoming an expert, I would want to apply to a better place. After getting accepted at the better place, I would improve my skills for a year. After knowing that this was the right job for me, I would go ahead and look for a condo or a house. Working as an employee is not easy but sometimes very necessary for some people who doesn’t know anything about online business.
  3. Pay for the house in installment. Don’t think about the debt that you created. Think about how happy you would be when you get to own a personal home and not needing to depend on relatives or family members. I’m 29 years old right now and I still have 70 years of my life left to do something that I never did. Buying a house to me would be an accomplishment.
